Customize Your Order: Select your preferred size, add any optional gifts (such as chocolates or stuffed animals), and include a personalized message for the recipient.
Enter Delivery Details: Provide the recipient’s name, address, delivery date, and any special instructions.
Checkout Securely: After reviewing your order, click "Add to Cart" and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You’ll enter your payment and billing information during checkout.
Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the details.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?
Yes, you can request a specific delivery date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate timing requests. While we cannot guarantee exact times, especially around major floral holidays like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, we always strive to meet your needs.
Sunday delivery is available only when our store is open. If Sunday is not available, we’ll deliver on the next business day.
We may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery, especially if no one is available to receive it. In those cases, your flowers may be left safely at the door or with a neighbor. If access is limited (e.g., at a workplace), deliveries may be left at a reception desk or front office. If needed, we’ll also reach out to you for guidance.
All orders include the delivery fee(s), which are displayed at checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your flowers are delivered, though this notification may be delayed by up to 8 hours.

Do you deliver to out-of-town zip codes?
We can send flowers through our network of expert florists to most towns in the United States. For orders outside of our local delivery area, one of our florist partners may design and deliver your flowers. Please note that, due to local availability, the florist delivering your order may need to make substitutions to the flowers, vase, or gifts, while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement you have chosen.
We are unable to control what other florists send and cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates for out-of-town orders; however, we will do our best to accommodate any requests. Additional fees may be applicable for out-of-town orders. Rarely, we may not be able to find a florist to make and deliver your out-of-town order. If this happens, we will provide alternatives or cancel your order.

Can I send flowers anonymously?
While it is possible to leave your name off the gift message, we generally do not recommend sending flowers anonymously to avoid any confusion or concern for the recipient. If you have special instructions regarding anonymity, please contact the shop directly.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery, we’ll leave a door tag to let them know we stopped by. When possible, we may also attempt to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or, if weather and location permit, in a safe and protected spot. Our goal is always to ensure the flowers are delivered fresh and with care.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
If you need to make changes to your order after it’s been placed, please contact the shop directly as soon as possible. Our team will do its best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of the order and the items selected.
I tried placing an order, but it didn't go through. What can I do?
Oh no! We apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure you’re using the most recent version of your browser program. If not, you may need to download an update from the software maker’s website. Will I receive a photo of the flowers before they are delivered?
While we do our best to accommodate requests for photos, we cannot guarantee that a photo will be provided before delivery. We are actively working on making this feature available to our customers in the future.
How do I make a custom arrangement if I reside outside the U.S. and cannot call the store?
